Henry Parrish Pvt., "C" Co., 114th Reg't U.S.C. Troops was born in Clarke Co. Ky, was enlisted the 20 day of June, 1864, at Lexington Ky, by Capt Tho. H. Moore, and was mustered in the 20th day of June, 1864, at Lexington, Ky, by Capt Tho H. Moore, for 3 years. 

At the time of enlistment he was 35 years old, and 5 feet 11 inches high, Black complexion, Black eyes, Black hair, and by occupation a Laborer. He was discharged [[strikethrough]]  (or died) [[/strikethrough]]2nd day of April, 1867, at Brazos Santiago Texas
Capt Wolney W. Smith was commanding officer, and Daniel Tucker first sergeant at time of soldier's discharge.
