Frederick Patterson, Private Co., "I" 100th Reg't U.S.C. Troops was born in Harrison Co, Kentucky, was enlisted the 2nd day of June, 1864, at Covington Ky, by [[crossout]] Major H.A. Mitchell [[/crossout]], and was mustered in the 2nd day of June, 1864, at Covington Ky, by Major H.A. Mitchell, for 3 years.

At the time of enlistment he was 32 years old, and 5 feet 7 inches high, Yellow complexion, Black eyes, Black hair, and by occupation a Farmer. He was discharged [[crossout]] (or died) [[/crossout]] 26th day of December, 1865, at Nashville Tenn. 
Capt. David E. Straight was commanding officer, and Wm P. Luddett first sergeant at time of the soldier's discharge [[crossout]] The following are the names of one or more of his company who enlisted at or about the same time and place:    enlisted    day of    186 , and    enlisted    day of   , 186.
