Ky Age years George was about in the 16 year when Enlisted Occupation Eyes Ann was born in Bath Co. Ky age 50 years Hair Black Complexion Black Height feet inches. George [[strikethrough]] Discharged, [[/strikethrough]] or died at Nashville. Tenn. on the day of Aug't., 1864 Commanding Officer First Sergeant Enlisted about the same time and place. REMARKS. George was a slave of the Widow of the late Hugh Lane, Bath Co. Ky. George died of Camp Disease. Ann belonged to the same person when George Enlisted. Witnesses on app'n. Thomas Jeff'n. Atkins and Henry Botts.
