NARA 0581 (FORM 24.) William Harris, Corp Co., I. 115 Reg't U.S.C.T. was born in Simpson Co. Ky, was enlisted the 22 day of September, 1864, at Bowling Green Ky, by Capt A.G. Hobson and was mustered in the 30 day of September, 1864, at Bowling Green KY, by , for 3 years. At the time of enlistment he was 27 years old, and 5 feet 11 1/2 inches high, Dk Brown complexion, black eyes, black hair, and by occupation a farmer. He [[/strikethrough]] was discharged (or [[strikethrough]] died) 2 day of November, 1865, at Texana, Texas. Capt. D.H. Kelton was commanding officer, and Henry Finn first sergeant at time of soldier's death. REMARKS. 1. If a slave, that fact and name of owner will be noted here. 2.
