E. 100 C.T. oranized at Nashville Tenn. His story is to the effect that his claim was allowed & sent to the Freedmens Bureau at Nashville [[illegible]]at the time and unable to get over here he presumes that it must have been sent back to Washington. He desires me to state that he now resides at No 293 Union St. Memphis where he can be found should funds be sent to this place for paying him. Very respy yr obdt servt Geo Gibson Maj. 5th Inft.
