Adjutant General Sir I have the honor to report that in the matter of Fayette Robinson, who fraudulently obtained the money due Joshua Butler (reported by me last month) the U.S. Marshall has not yet been able to arrest any of the parties, but a detective here tells me he knows where two of them are, and will arrest them if he will be paid twenty five dollars each.
