Sir
I have the honor to report that your telegrams and letters setting the date of Payment, to claimants [[strikethrough]] to claimants [[/strikethrough]] at this office on the 25th of this month, were duly received, and that the agents and claimants were promptly notified.
I have purposely delayed sending the list called for so as to be able to send one which [[strikethrough]] which [[/strikethrough]] would be nearly as complete as possible.
Other claimants than those whom I have mentioned on the list may unexpectedly put in an appearance, so the only sure plan to anticipate this would be to bring with you all the Pay & confidential lists and Discharge papers which were expressed from this office.
I have vouchers or receipts already made for most of these names and the balance I could easily make out after your arrival.
The following is the list. The names checked are those from whom "Identification papers" have been received.
Andrews Violet Janett Isabella
Andrews George [[check mark]] Moss Franklin
[[Check mark]] Alexander Benjamin Simms Samuel
