Sir-
I have the honor hereby to make application for the following described real estate, to wit  One House and Lot situated in the City of Fayetteville Arks, described as Block no. 23 of the plot of the town aforesaid

This property was purchased by my husband Geo. C. North about twenty years ago - and the deed to the same is recorded in the Clerks Office at this place - See Clerks' certificate hereto attached -

This property is reported abandoned by the Asst Comr of the Freed Bureau at Little Rock Ark, and the same advertised for lease or rent.

My husband, Geo. C. North, died Dec 2nd 1862.- I have been appointed the Administratrix of the estate, and as such make this application -

Enclosed herewith I send a certified copy of my oath of allegiance as prescribed by the President of the United States in his first proclamation - taken by me the 19th day of March 1864, the provisions of which I have complied with, nor have I violated in any way -
