of the falls another tawdry unaesthetic attempt of showy multicolored lights on [[strikethrough]]Fa[[/strikethrough]] American Falls from Canadian Side. gives a cheap Ice cream effect. Only white light seems effective < beautiful specially when all the light power was concentrated on one single strip of falling water. 
Smoke effects and smoke illumination on the contrary was very effective.
Sept 8. (Sunday) At 10. resumed our sessions and before lunch reached an unanimous conclusion to adopt proposition A. presented and defended by myself 48 hours before. which consists in leaving old [[strikethrough]]motor[[/strikethrough]] dynamo & cell
