Had session with Stone & W. Hooter relative oil and diaphragms. Paulus rigs up steam chest for Bakalite experiment. I have only a few hours left for taking my train and I devote this to several side matters in plant with Riley & others.

Putting [[underline]] Bakalite [[/underline]] in open sample in steam chest 65 lbs. for 1 1/2 hours, gives a very spongy mass so this method proves impractical will require closed molds.
