Transcription Notes:
The 5th line reads better as "Polistes under [?]" horizontal, p.30 Line 7 Species is Eamenes fraternal Line 8 species is Carpocapra pomonella Line 10 species is Datana ministra ____________________________ Good grief! It's: Polistes under lintel; and Eumenes fraternal. Maybe only scientists should be transcribing field notes? --------------------- Searched for both Eumenes fraterna and Eamenes fraterna on Google and it appears either could be correct. Eamenes fraterna appears in several late 1800's and early 1900's books. As it looks more like an "a" than a "u" and the TC has requested we transcribe as written I've edited back to Eamenes. But I'm still not 100% sure so have put in [[?]]
