In evening went for dinner to the Branchis and we stayed till one A.M.

violent stir at the meeting of the Trustees of the Chemist Club

everybody growing indignant when Schweitzer proposed to forbid the use of the Club for a demonstration in honor of Wiley.
Took supper at Toch's then went with him to Baskerville's house and remained there until 11:30 P.M.
