Slept badly
[[margin]] June 24 [[/margin]] Mr. Seabury was here early brought samples and asked advice about molding. See laboratory notes. A very hot and sultry day but there is some breeze.

Love, Stearns, etc. arrived at 7:45 P.M at New Haven. It was a very hot day but steamer ship unusual.  Very hot in New Haven. Poor hotel accomodations.  This night we had a session
