SUBJECT: Inventory and Receipt for Hermann Göring Art Collection.

TO: Commanding General, 101st Airborne Division, APO 472, U.S. Army.

1. Herewith submitted inventory and receipt for the Hermann Göring Art Collection formerly stored at Unterstein, Berchtesgaden, Germany, under the 101st Division responsibility.

2. The inventory and receipt consist of seventy-one (71) typewritten pages as follows:

a. Pages one (1) to seventy (70) inclusive constitutes the inventory.

b. Page seventy-one (71) constitutes the receipt for the Herman Göring Art Collection as listed in the inventory.  This receipt is signed by Lt. Thomas C. Howe, Jr. USNR 237822 representing The Monuments, Fine Arts, and Archives Officer, G-5, Third United States Army.

3. Inventory and receipt are attached.
