March 23. Milder weather.  I get somewhat impatient because lumber is not here to start

Newman brought one insurance paper to sign.

Bought that [[underlined] 8 HP second hand boiler & engine for $125. [[/underlined]] At about 3 P.M. [[underlined]] Hylton Swan [[/underlined]] and [[underlined]] Mr. Hyatt [[/underlined]] of Newark inventor of celluloid came to visit me here by appointment.
