Afternoon went to D. & F. Co. and took group of fellow members thru the works.
At 6 P.M. M. Cahoe of Toronto who was here since yesterday finally submitted draft for Canadian agreement  I indicated some changes to which he readily acquiesced.  so that settles the matter.  Took supper with Seabury then in evening went to smoker of Niagara Club.  Uproarious, jolly, good natured gathering.

and Dr. Sharples Boston 73 years old and Dr. Richards South Bethlehem Pa were there.  Much singing and good natured banter.  Becket sang splendidly MacMauran of Castner's whistled as I never have heard anybody whistle before. Truly melodious. The boys were singing once in a while the B-A-K-E L I T E song which goes "B-A-KE L-I-T-E stands for Bakelite ten time better than graphite. And what's the name Every photographer of the country knows Velox - Velox!". This song was taken up at every interval and this little foolishness provoked general hilarity.
