secretary.  Felt rather tired.  Rather full attendance.  Was not allowed read paper in full, was given only a few minutes so had to condense.  Very animated discussion. everybody getting up same time and asking me questions which are contained in my full paper.  [[underlined]] Loeb [[/underlined]], was there, so was [[underlined]] Sperry [[/underlined]].  Sperry helped me afterwards by devoting part of time alloted for his paper to elaborate on my paper.  Vote was taken whether discussion should continue or not president calling attention to mass of other delayed business Votes were all in favor of me continuing discussion (except two) [[underlined]] Sperry [[/underlined]] told me I was the first
