altho it can be cut and be bent it snaps off if bent suddenly.  Material should be more finely powdered too.  I labeled all my bakelite samples in Hechts basement but was much disturbed by noise of packing cases etc.  [[strikethrough]] Went [[/strikethrough]] Called to Meffert to join me at Hechts to talk over [[underline]] Trade Mark [[/underline]] question.  He advises me to give matter in hands of Hecht and write him letter authorizing him to take out trade mark Bakelite for exploration purposes covering all articles this trade mark to be taken out by Hecht Pfeiffer & Co. my letter relative to this)  Drove to Reutgers  met Segal reported to him about my work he was very friendly seems confident of success.  Gave him copy of my letter to Hecht relative Trade-Mark.  Jumped in motor cab, thence train for Erckner.  [[underlined]] Bakelizer is finally there. [[/underlined]]  Answered many questions of Weger Then rushed back to Berlin At 7 P.M. Telegram ^from^ Vielingloff took auto cab to [[Liebreichs?]] not at home then to Prof Erdman.  Mrs. Erdman in with her nephew Erdmann at theater.  Talked for about 20 minutes then drove to Hecht.  Mr Hecht Mrs Hecht and a friend of Hecht there.  Very friendly
