Dear Mrs. Halpert,
How are you? I recieved your letter and was very glad to hear that you had made a few sales for me. I recieved the check from the Whitney Museum for the picture "Tomestones" which they purchased.
Although I am working steadily it will probably be several months before you recieve any work from me. I am doing some drawings on the south. They are being done in pen and ink. I have not decided as yet if I will do them in color or leave them as they are. Although I would like to do some paintings on the Coast Guard, I am afraid I will not
