Saw some very pretty [[underlined in red]]Velox [[/underlined in red]] prints. Velox seem still very important afterward.  Nelson Sage took us for further auto ride around town then offered us dinner at Genessee Club. Afterwards took us to more driving towards Kodak Park [[strikeout]] where we went to Bares [[/strikeout]] which has enormously increased since ten years when I was there last. Says Eastman Kodak Co has paid 30% dividends on 25 million Common Stock! Then drove to [[underlined in red]]Bausch & Lomb Optical Co.[[underlined in red]] Immense plant just rather upset on account of enlargement. Edward Bausch just leaving to go to funeral of Fenn President of Rochester Alliance Bank and one of Eastman's principal money men. Mr [[Sorgenmuller ?]] a quick Bavarian about sixty five years old rushed us thru works finally landed us at Bartholomews

Brewery next door. Then we hurried to German American Button Co. Splendidly equipped and large plant same general equipment as Rochester Button Co but much larger and better kept. More modern. Mr Noyes had to go to meeting of chamber of commerce. so two of his assistants hurried us around, and we got thru in about 40 minutes. [[strikeout]] Very [[/strikeout]] Warm sultry weather. took light supper with Frank and the others, Siemens & Halske leave for Pittsburgh. Weger takes train to New York. Met Landow at Station. Came home very tired but slept well and got up early.
