At 7. P.M. dinner at Engineers Club with Marsden, Cooper, Heroldt, Robins, C.W. Hunt Kelly, Dougherty. discussing Bylaws & Constitution of Inventors Guild. Slow and tedious process. just in time to catch. 12 [[underline superscript]] 30 [[/underline /superscript]] AM train. Feel tired
 April 26. Dictating letters hustling finishing address etc. hurried to New York. meeting of executive board [[underline]] Protal Co [[/underline]] at 2 P.M Peters' office

Wiedmann presented once more one of his assertive everything ready, perfect etc. reports. which I tried to cool down a little but all his assertions are so [[underline]] "way beyond doubt" [[/underline]] that I can correct little without causing a sure clash. 
Took lunch at Mouquin's. Timing mistake about date of [[?]] of Canadian Society! at Delmonico's. University Club and thence home. 
April 27. Day of rest. and more of my address. 
April 28. Busy day. telephoning & writing letters and more correction of my address.
