Feb. 28. Early to N.Y. met [[red underline]] Hecht [[/red underline]] and his son in my office; submitted different contracts and projects to Hecht. He is very pleased and signed everything. Then at 11 AM. meeting at Adams office. Hecht, his son and Williams and [[red underline]] Adams [[/red underline]] present
I handled the subject and presented it. [[red underline]] Adams [[/red underline]] complimented me on the way subject was presented. Takes very much interest and offers voluntarily to pay traveling expenses of Williams and Mrs. Williams to Germany to confer
