Spent one hour on R.B.P.Co Afternoon to office. Met Brock & [[underlined]] Seabury [[/underlined]] who are sore because [[underlined]] Remy stopped their orders [[/underlined]]. Had conference in which May and Hasslacker participated. At 6 PM met Westin at Belmont Hotel and took supper with him. I told him about our intention to sue [[underlined]] Condensite [[/underlined]] Co and their customers for infringement. He says is willing to help us by testimony and otherwise. Calls my attention that the judge for which the case will come up is Edisons friend
