George Outerbridge shelter is original
Native log, leanto and [[strikethrough]] friendly [[/strikethrough]] near the trail.
Named for on of the first six people
who hike all the A.T. by sections
Had breakfast at [[blank space]] restaurant
"Country sampler" huge and delicious.
The climb from Lehigh Gap is on craked rocks
A fearsome place that doesnt belong on the A.T.
Actually it doesn't belong on any trail.
The view from topside is widespread but barren
The area was desolated by fumes from a Ehio[[?]] mine
Mile after mile after mile of ruined Mtn.
And in the midst the slimiest pool I've ever seen.
Saturday -met hikers along the way
Then met [[blank space]] who walked along and
Took me to his home for water and supper
Back at the trail reached shelter by flashlight
