Bar. 29.386. Ther. 35. Max. 41. Min 34 morning, Cloudy rainy, heavy squalls from SW. Tide guage clock has stopped, oil her and set her - a going again. The place where the guage is now is a very poor one, subject to jars & heavy surf. Noon wind moderates with a little snow. P.M clear, fine with fresh S & SW wind. Telemetric observations on Amaknak Id all p.m. to 5 oclock. Evening SE wind fresh, high bar. 29.330

Bar. 29.538. Ther. 32. Max 43 Min 31 Moderate SW. snowing heavily in A.M. early. Go to tide guage & remove the clock which requires cleaning as it will not go. Later high wind and half clear SW. Later heavy snow & hail. High S wind Bar. 29.600. Set up tide guage clock again, it seems to run well. Evening beautifully clear + calm. Bar rises to 29.800.
