I was not able to find the collection date on this. I've found a reference to a specimen collected by Tsuneki at Koike, foot of Mt. Hakusan, Fukui Pref., here http://ci.nii.ac.jp/els/110003377365.pdf?id=ART0003853655&type=pdf&lang=en&host=cinii&order_no=&ppv_type=0&lang_sw=&no=1449120129&cp= Mt Hakusan is more commonly known as Mt Haku. -@siobhanleachman
