Nov. 27. At 2 P.M further meeting with [[underlined]] Condensite Co Aylsworth,[[/underlined]] Frank L. Dyer and [[underlined]] Kirk Brown.[[/underlined]] We [[strikethrough]] disagree [[/strikethrough]] disagree mainly on size of royalty. We want 10% of sales they want to give only 3 or 4%.
They want two step process we want both processes. I tell them 2 step process is not Aylsworth's it is ours. Hasslacher & Dubois present.  Kept at it till 5:30 P.M. [[underlined]] presidency of Edison Co. [[/underlined]] Nice supper at [[Burlanoby?]] restaurant. Then further meeting at the new and spacious suite of offices of Dyer's new company. We do not agree and it is left for them to tell us when they will be ready again. [[underlined]] Aylsworth [[/underlined]] seems easy enough. The most tenacious is Brown altho' Dyer does most of the talking. Went to Chemists Club then home with [[strikethrough]] 10:45 [[/strikethrough]] 11:20 P.M
Nov. 28. Busy dictating all day (Thanksgiving) mostly with final version of presidential address.
