Hasslacher pitched in  Quite a wrangle about royalty until again practically a deadlock.  Then compromised on 10% straight royalty on all condensite manufactured.  Contract I. II and III [[underlined]] accepted with some modifications [[/underlined]] to which we acquiesced.

It is understood however that [[strikethrough]] matter [[/strikethrough]] ^[[scope]] of solution patent and condensite patent will be submitted to arbitration.  I asked therefore that we should first submit the contract to Townsend until after his return as I do not want to commit myself on matter of arbitration  This was accepted.  
This leaves the matter rather undecided and I do not feel satisfied.  If it were not that I need a rest and that I [[underline]] do not want to embitter my next years [[/underline]] by a continuous fight we would fight them [[strikethrough]] asso [[/strikethrough]] to a finish.
