[[underline]] Robolski [[/underline]]. The latter is a man about my age, intelligent looking and seemed very eager to meet me. When I told him, ^Commissioner^ Moore sent his regards he seemed to like it much. his eyes flickered and I saw a trace of a tear in it. Listened attentively to what I had to say; took eagerly hold of copies of my latter publication on intellectual property and followed easily my statements as to newest report of the concern of efficiency etc on patent office. Took careful copy of it all. Told him about [[underline]] Inventor's guild [[/underline]] our work our aims. Seemed intensely interested and showed it freely. - Told him we should try in America and Germany
