Took about 20 minutes to reach the works Huge installation. Showed me around everything. Imposing work well organized and splendidly situated . After short general conversation we talked business matters as to [[underline]] Townsend Cell Duisberg said they were ready to settle matter. [[/underline]] Told me the price they offered was practically the same as Billiter Cell was offered to them by Siemens and; that the latter very recently had made [[strikethrough]] refer [[/strikethrough]] new offers. Told them their price was somewhat lower than what I thought would be right. That my price was $15000 but that I proposed to split difference. [[underline]] This was quickly accepted Duisberg shook my hand and seemed much pleased, so was I. [[/underline]].
