[[drawn image of box with lid. The bottom of the sides of the box are perforated]] Chlorine is under about 1" brine pressure instead of under negative pressure which shows that they are very tight. Mr Jurgen tells me Voltage is [[underline]] 4.2 volt [[/underline]] [[strikethrough]] and [[/strikethrough]] per cell and [[?]] salt replenishing [[strikethrough]] na [[/strikethrough]] [[underline]] not increase. [[/underline]] This reservoir is higher voltage than I calculated. Carbons after one year were still [[strikethrough]] una [[/strikethrough]] in condition to be used further. Cells isolated will work against loss of temperature Density of current is 4000 Amperes for about 18 1/2 square meters of diaphragm surface. diaphragm cement plates about 12" wide. So that ampere density is only about 22 Amperes per square foot. probably 30 Amp per square foot of anode. See also [[underline]] copy of letter written to Bush on all this. and other details. Chlorine liquifying plant is splendidly kept. Same system as Ludurghofen with direct compression pumps porcelain plungers and H2SO4 is lubricant: From gas container H2SO4 and covered will PE. inside

drying column with H2SO4. Refuge ration with CO2 machines. Queneke thought by [[strikethrough]] inecreasing [[/strikethrough]] lowering temperature with CO2 instead of ammonium. would be able to able to liquify more Cl than in Ludevagahofen and thus obtain [[strikethrough]] less unliquified chlorine gas. He found however that at that temperature CO2 contained in Cl begins to liquify and solidify and causes serious trouble. Splendid equipment. tiled floors. everything just as clean and perfect as possible no odor of Cl. Big horizontal steel reservoirs kept refrigerated and isolated containing liquid Cl. leave one [[?]] exposed and by running a thin stream of hot water over it can tell how full they are, the hot water freezing only as high as the anode level of the liquid chlorine [[underline]] Splendid [[/underline]] back rooms upstairs for workmen. so as to avoid chlorine [[?]] Tiles are green and white enameled.
