Asked him for license for their Cement patent said they would be quite willing to do so on same conditions as the other contract granting them our license, and in the meantime we should go ahead and sell But he called my attention that two of the claims of the patent seemed to cover broadly use of two solvents for lacquer and varnish.  I told him I wanted to submit matter to Townsend whom I would meet only towards end of month
