Lunch at Chemists Club. Went to Buick Store. Are no longer willing to take old car in trade. Went to office. Orders very slack. Evening went to see play "Two pairs of Sixes" rather amusing and clean. Took 11:35 P.M train for [[red underline]] Niagara. Garvin [[/red underline]] of [[red underline]] Moore [[/red underline]] Sibley on board

March 25. Arrived in Buffalo much belated. This morning I explained the [[red underline]] Hooker [[red underline]] situation to [[red underline]] Garvin. [[/red underline]] Arrived at works about noon D.M. Ferry jun. there.
At Lunch we talked over the situation and I made a statement of the way matters looked to me also some criticisms of conditions as they were as far as management is concerned and the reason of failure of the Marsh cell and my recommendations. [[red underline]] Marsh [[/red underline]] was present and [[red underline]] seemed to acquiesce

Then all afternoon further discussion. I recommended to discard Marsh cells by and by. and replace with Townsend No. 40.
