This is perhaps the most beautiful 
the blue is added as the natural and dazzling blue in the original will not print, it is a poor representation of the perfect specimen.

Transcription Notes:
Junonia seems correct both as I look at it and also via research on images of that species of butterfly. it is written twice, so re-stated it
