in the maple outside my door.
   Many a happy moment is sandwiched in between busy hours, scanning the catalogue, ordering seeds and planting them in the ground.
   Patiently, I watch and soon they answer the call of spring and there appear tiny seedlings requiring daily care but filling my heart with joy, as I watch them respond with their sturdy growth.
   As they grow to maturity and I gather the harvest, a perfect fruit from a perfect seed I feel the joy of success and my heart sings a happy tune. I know, "Gods in his Heaven, All's right with the world."
