[[circled]] 3826 [[/circled]] [[stamped]] AUG 1 1924 [[/stamped]] For Prize contest They don't want you to tell much I guess Two hundred words, no more no less The first from the garden is Radish Rapid Red long before lettuce begins to head when you are ready to sow some more you have lettuce by the score Then comes peas good and sweet The kind you eat pod and all They grow about three feet tall The finest things I ever seen long before we have a green bean Golden Bantam cant crow But where ever it is it makes a show Tomatoes melons I have grown them all BP himself cant beat his black Red Ball
