A.M. In school I fell all the way down stairs taking about ten steps at a time. I went way around the wind and luckily caught my hands on some wire and stopped. I was dazed a little and whacked my heel hard on the step.
P.M. I went coasting and made my record for distance on my Racer about 8 ft from the best record. Jelly & Frobose, a tough had a fight at night up in the street. Frobose licked Jelly. Between each attack [[strikethrough]] t [[/strikethrough]] they took long pauses waiting for each other to start it up.

Big thaw came to-day by mail. Over the other side of the Bodman's walk there is a [[strikethrough]] s [[/strikethrough]] small pond in the middle of the coasting track. The kids came around and we started up the hill and coasted through it. Don & I went up to see Jut who was sick in bed looking out of the window. He was "sicka de bell"
