[[preprinted]] 62 Saturday Mar 2 [[/preprinted]] Very much colder to-day. I went up to Goodrich's for Winton. I ate lunch there and then I rode home to find Jut & Don to go with. We went around not doing much, saw a runaway and chased Jut's ducks in. We sent into the Bodman's house fooled around and talked. I went to Sunday School and after into Jack Wilson's house. He banged the piano with all his [[image: sketch of two crossed flags]] might knocking the tuning out. We played a game of Charles Dickens cards at my house. After dinner Jut and I got our wheels met Don with his and went up to Arnold's for wigwag signalling of the Signal Corps. I don't belong but I signalled Cushat and Jut went up into West Nutley and Pratt and I went up by the Parish house. Then we signalled. I got Pratt all mixed up once and made him do it wrong. I wrote down the message half wrong and right and all the kids were fooling there.
