Played golf with Winton and Jack and made a rotten score because he made me mad at the ball. I found a new ball anyway. Afterwards we went swimming off the float and in the afternoon the Anthony kids Jack Lloyd and I made up a swimming and athletic club. Went swimming off the float and did a sailor's dive which is a dive when your arms are held smack by your sides.

Gee Bill, Lloyd, Jack and I had a swell swim off Shaw's wharf and it was quite rough. I took a couple of running dives about 5 ft high each. In the afternoon Bill and I stuck our running suits and sweaters on and jumped up at Goodriches. later we came down and went in swimming off the float with Mr George and Winton after which we played "I doubt it" a card game.
