Saturday Nov 16 [[/preprinted]]
It is getting to be cold nowadays. Jut came around an we walked during most of the day. In the morning we walked to the car Barns, and west Nutley and in the afternoon we walked to Rutherford and a little ways out in the meadows.  We saw the "Harvey Springstead" a steam locomotive. Any Erie Engine that is well kept has the engineer's name put on it.
