[[preprinted 252 Sunday Sept 8 [[/preprinted]] 85 we had a fine swim this morning at Warren Point. I bet there was the biggest crowd this year year. I did a did a stunt with Alpheus Geer. I sat on his shoulders and we devid in together. When we reached the water we parted like two dives. In the afternoon Lloyd and I hunted for golf balls. I found 5 and he 1. Mine were 1 Red Dot, 1 Wright & Ditson and 3 Glory Dimples. 3 of them were nearly new. I found them all across the road from the 9[[underlined]]th[[/underlined]] hole. At noon on the stage Mr & Mrs Morse, Jack and I started for Quaker Ridge, New Rochelle N.Y. where we're going to live. From Tiverton we went to Providence on a train and on the way up played. hearts on pa's picture. At Providence we took a taxi to the Prov. line for the steamer Plymouth bound to New York City. At 7 o'clock we had dinner aboard and sailed at eight. [[image - steamer ship]]
