Model ill again so no work today.  That is she didnt come around.
 Luxombourg A.M.
 Loud & I hunted pensions after lunch.  Went out Rue de Cunevertie pretty nearly to Rouen, didnt find the no. but decided that we wanted something near Paris
 Went around the the little American chapel & met Dr. Van Winkle. Will send me some addresses in the morning.  Miss S. introduced me to him.
"It rains & the wind is never weary"?
 Sat up to my French awhile guess I saw mostly pictures though.

 Painted as usual and dont think I made it worse.
 After lunch went to Dr. Van Winkles 102 Rue Vaughisaud and he very kindly accompanied me in search of a new pension.  Liked the first much but it was "complete".  Located finally at 19 Rue du Cherche Midi.  Dr. V. is very fine.
 Miss Sargent & her sister came around to see the Butterfly about 4:30 & I went back with them & had some tea.
 French lesson after dinner.
 Began dismantling the room tonight
