[[preprinted]] March WEDNESDAY, 19 1902. [[/preprinted]] Nice day so I took a [[underlined]] buggy [[/underlined]] ride to Durand Ruels, on an [[underline]] amblebus [[/underlined]]. Got a terrible jolt when I waltzed in to the Degas room and ^[[found]] a lot of cheesy watercolors in white & gold frames mostly frames. They ought to be more careful about frighten people that way I nearly had heart failure. I touched one of the guys who was holding down a chair, for a card to visit Durand Ruels house and got it for next Tuesday. Cinch Louvre after this and things looked better today with a little light Lunch Painted N. and went around to see Twachtman Called after dinner & here I am right to the minute. Things looks like bed about now. This room of mine is like a cellar its so damp & the sheets are wet every night. Rats. [[end page]] [[start page]] [[preprinted]] March THURSDAY, 20 1902.
