 The things they palm off on you here for palms certainly take the palm why in [[overwritten]] they [[/overwritten]] their palmiest days they were only bad boxwood aint that Paris though "Deux le paquet" "Monsieur"
[[left margin]] [[?]] [[/margin]] Took a long walk this am with Miss Sargent.
 Went to Charenton after lunch with Hall and the Englishman, Irving.  Made a big sketch and got rained on several times also  But that bridge was swell Ill hit it up again if luck is with me.
  Called tonight on Miss Harwood at Villa des Dames She is going to Italy tomorrow. Wasnt it luck I went around there though She sort of had it in for to I think.
 Say it takes [[underlined]] a long while [[/underlined]] for [[underlined]] pork chops to digest [[/underlined]].  Im still bug house

 Went to some shops with Miss Harwood to help her buy some photographs for a friend Took a walk with Hall before lunch
 Painted on Niedemayer after lunch till dark.  Cloudy afternoon and I think I got the thing to black
  French lesson tonight
