Worked on the tree & cottage this a.m. This P.M. started one of the church from the garden but everything to come left handed so at 4.30 I quit & went down for a bath. It cleared off beautifully as we were dress on [[underlined]] the [[/underlined]] rocks and after the storm then go looked clear and fresh as jewels. It was glorious and made you feel like shouting. after dinner we pitched stones at a stick awhile awhile and then sat on the rocks in the moonlight - it was a wonderful night. Brushes, some of them three days old and them bed.

Sun out awhile & I worked on the rocks and then home to lunch.
Bought some linen to make a piece of canvas it was fine linen.
Played quoits awhile worked on the church composition and then Harvey & I took a long walk over to the next village.
Just got back to dinner 
Out to the rocks, the prow got out at one time through a broken sky and touched the sea it silver streaks and the lights showing away beyond in the shadow on the horizon made a swell effect.
Brushes hanging around as usual.
