Stopped at a small place long enough for one of these [[underlined]] damned [[/underlined]] continental breakfasts which is a near nothing as is possible. Paris ten thirty Maria went to 36 St. Sulpice and I to 19 Rue du Cherche Midi. Lunch Went to Aldens & met Mr. & Mrs. Shirlaw at the door and they told me Alden's father was dead.
