Rio Verde, Goyez, April 1 1930
Dear Prof Hitchcock,
There is no getting a letter off but plants are changed and all done for the night and it is not quite 7:30. This trip is going very well so far. I have 101 numbers in the 3 days out. Bouteloua brasiliensis is the best find. It was described from Matto Grosso and I was disappointed not to find it there. Pasp. reduncum, Pennisetum setosum, a Chaetochloa and a Pasp [[insertion, in blue pencil]] couspersum [[/insertion]] along bank of Rio Parana hyba [[strikethrough]] ^[[insertion]] new for me, [/insertion]] [[/strikethrough]] Eragrostis hyperoides
