published by W.W. Norton in which I have an essay on Ryder & one on Demuth.

This publicity was at most the up to twice but I am assembling fresh material for a book to follow Adventures in the arts which I wrote two published around 1920 - & of which I am always hearing - twice even since I came back ten days ago. I think the time is probably right for such a book & I am told in several directives I am the only one capable of doing such a thing - which is of course encouraging. If you come to N.Y. do let me know. The shows are very fine now - the season having opened with a bang.

Do write & do send me the picture (underlined) at (underlined) once and I shall be grateful.
I hope you are both well & happy.

Yours as of old
Marsden.
