SI staff - I googled "Hacienda de Zent" and found the following paper by Wetmore that may assist - http://archive.org/stream/mobot39088011696887/mobot39088011696887_djvu.txt mentions "Hacienda de Zent Totiduz" It says "Costa Rica: Hacienda de Zent, Totiduz 14649 in part, the type of P. gih- hifolium. Finca Montecristo, Standley tfc Valerio 48617." I'm also not sure whether "Urticaceas" may mean Urticaceae - a plant of the nettle family rather than a place name.
