I for long walk on other side of harbor. A working on "I.B.a S.T.P." A got Moby Dick from Library. [[strikethrough]] A to Atkins got design for my toy sail boat & Bunce cut [[/strikethrough]] Boat too narrow & A got again wider. Consider this unscratched. [[preprinted]] Wea. SUNDAY 10 Ther. [[/preprinted]] Nothing in particular - Both reading Moby Dick. A worked on "I'll build a Stairway to Paradise", in pastel. [[end page]] [[start page]] [[preprinted]] Wea. MON. APRIL 11, 1927 Ther. [[/preprinted]] Both painting - A did "I'll Build a Stairway to Paradise" entirely over - in oils - made frame for it. I did over "Circus Poster" in A.M. To Huntington in P.M. got purse for Caroline's birthday sent it & letters to [[Chad?]] Letters from Holly & Hank. [[preprinted]] Wea. TUESDAY 12 Ther. [[/preprinted]] "Older Tongue" from Holly. A filled seams and varnished hatches - I cleaned boat. Had exhibition of A's paintings - 10 now. Just after lunch Holly & Hank drove in - Very nice afternoon - A & Hank looked at Bunce's boat.
